Only 30 feet from the waters edge with a great view looking west towards Saltspring Island, Cottage 20 is situated on the fringe of a forest with no neighbors on one side of the cottage.

At about 800 sq ft, Cottage 20 is clean, new and has all the modern finishings of a Whistler style cottage. The cottage sleeps up to six with a queen size bed in a private master bedroom and two single beds in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. A large deck overlooks the ocean with lounge chairs and an outdoor table and large umbrella to take advantage of the weather and fabulous views year round. 

Whale sightings from the deck are frequent. Amenities include a flatscreen TV with DVD and surround sound, high speed internet access and a gas fireplace. A full kitchen is complemented by a large outdoor gas BBQ. Heated floors inside the bathroom keep your feet nice and toasty in the winter. The grounds include 2 pools and a general store as well as kayak tours and a marina. You can rent kayaks, scooters and bicycles on site. The location is ideal for launching kayaks to explore the shores of both North and South Pender Island. 

Reserved marina space is available if you would like to bring your boat. Boat launching from the ramp is available. Play volley ball, badminton or bocce ball on a large grassy common area. The area has a fenced children play area with a swing set. A charming 9 hole golf course is only 5 minutes away! Enjoy Pender Island Dungeness Crab freshly caught at Hope Bay!
