The Island is full of wildlife including deer, eagles, herons, cranes, seals and otters. The Pacific Ocean is at your door step with an abundance of opportunities to see dolphins and migrating whales. The 750 sq.ft. cottage is situated amongst Oak and Arbutus trees and is designed for low environmental impact. 

The deck is 300 sq.ft. and partially covered to take advantage of the warm summers and mild winters, complete with BBQ and patio furniture. The cottage is west coast inspired featuring a blend of hardiplank siding, wood shingles, wood accents, stone entry detailing and over sized windows. The cottage is fully furnished and designed to sleep 6. The bathrooms are spainspiring with stone floors with infloor heating. 

The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz stone counter tops and with French doors that open onto the deck. The dining area seats 6 and the living room is designed for comfort with a queen size sofabed, loveseat and chairs surrounded by expansive windows to capture the view.
