excellent seashore exploring. The beach is suitable for canoe, kayak
and small boats during the summer months.

There are three bedrooms and 2 baths (showers only), a large
ocean-facing living room and a recreation room with TV and stereo.

The dining room, too, has a magnificent ocean view as does the master bedroom. Weather permitting, there is lots of room on the wrap-around deck for sunbathing and barbecues. A rustic tennis court is located at the back of the property.

The spacious grounds, easy ocean access, stunning view and fully-equipped comfortable home ensure that you and your guests will enjoy the epitome of South Pender living. A separate annex is available to increase the sleeping capacity from 6 to 8.
