A 50% deposit is required at the time of
booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless
previous arrangements have been made.
A credit card number and authorization will be kept on file at the time of booking pending any damages on check out.
Small Dogs are allowed; although there is an additional pet fee.
Currents at Otter Bay #19D is a non-smoking accommodation.
