Eagles Cove on North Pender Island is a low bank oceanfront residence situated on fenced and landscaped grounds of more than two-thirds of an acre. There is a spectacular year round garden. The property is located in the village of Port Washington just above the Grimmer Bay public dock.

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and subject to 8% hotel tax and 5% GST. Subject to availability. Notes:* * Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Add an additional third night for $175. 10% discount for bookings Monday to Thursday (September 8 - June 15, 2006 nightly rates only) Maximum 6 guests. Children under 8 by special arrangement. * Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless previous arrangements have been made. A damage/cleaning deposit of $500 is required with the balance of payment. If the house is left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as upon arrival, the deposit will be returned within two weeks. Eagles Cove is a non-smoking accommodation.
