Overlooking Port Browning, Razor Point, and Saturna Island from its perch above the water, Sea Meadow has stairs down to a wonderful beach suitable for launching a kayak. It is also a short walk from Mortimer Spit, and the hiking trails of Mount Norman and Beaumont Marine Park.

Warmed by ceilings of wood and inspired by peaceful sea views, this charming 4- bedroom, three-level country home of 2500 square feet sits on one acre of meadow and trees. The main floor has an open plan living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen, with a wall of windows overlooking the water and a wrap-around deck that includes a gas barbecue. The wood-burning stove is a real delight on a cool evening. One bedroom (queen bed), a 4-piece bathroom, and a TV-VCR area complete the main level.

The upper level has a master bedroom (queen bed), with an ensuite 3-piece bathroom, and large windows and a small deck overlooking the water. The third bedroom (king bed) has a lovely view of the garden.
The lower level has a large game room with sliding glass doors that open to the lawn and the beach stairs, a wood-burning stove, and a fourth bedroom (4 single beds) with a TV-VCR. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also on this level. The house is fully-equipped except for beach towels. There is also individually controlled electric heat in each room.

Guests are limited to 8 people. No-smoking and no pets are allowed.
