A 50% deposit is required at the time of
booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless
previous arrangements have been made.
A damage/cleaning deposit of
$500 is required ($600 for monthly) with the balance of payment. If the
cottage is left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as upon arrival, the deposit will be returned within two weeks.
Rugosa Cottage is a non-smoking
accommodation. No pets are allowed for the benefit of
all our renters.
