A 50% deposit is required at the time of
booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless
previous arrangements have been made.
A credit card number and authorization will be kept on file at the time of booking pending any damages on check out.
Lily Cottage is a non-smoking accommodation.

While Gulf Island Vacation Rentals Inc. inspects all of our properties at the time of listing, furnishings, accessories and features may change from time to time at the homeowner's discretion.
