A 50% deposit is required at the time of
booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless
previous arrangements have been made.
A damage/cleaning deposit of
$500 is required with the balance of payment. If the
house is left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as upon arrival, the deposit will be returned within two weeks.
Sea Sound Haven is a non-smoking accommodation. No pets are allowed.
Check in: 4:00 PM or later.
Absolutely no early check ins.
