- Accommodation for up to a maximum of 26 persons,
- 20 nights accommodation (5 cottages X 4 nights in
each) and
- 4 day exclusive use of the entire property, including
use of drying shed.
Total Cost: $6,900 (plus applicable taxes)
The Timbers provides
accommodation only. For your convenience you may contact the following
people for additional services during your stay. The
province of British Columbia may require you to have a liquor license

*All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes of
5% GST and 8% hotel tax. Out of country guests qualify for a GST refund (PDF application form).

| A $500 damage deposit is required per cottage. Your damage deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure, less any deductions due to extensive cleaning or damage.
Daily rates are offered based on availability and 3-night minimum.

Cancellation policy:
If you are forced to cancel a confirmed booking which is more than 90 days prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of $250.00 CAN plus GST will be charged and the remaining fees paid will be refunded to you.
If you cancel less than 90 days prior to your arrival date, you are liable for the full amount of the rent, including all taxes. If we are able to find another guest to assume all or part of the booking, your fees will be refunded on a dollar for dollar recovered basis, less a cancellation fee of $250.00 CAN plus GST.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of
booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless
previous arrangements have been made.
The Timbers Resort is a non-smoking
accommodation.
