Westwind Cottage is a pastoral and scenic 1.5 acre property. It offers endless scenery including passing boats and ferries, Bald eagles and whales, sunny days and starry nights. The wide-open orchard is perfect for running and playing--beautiful and kid friendly, too!

The heart of this clean and charming home is the kitchen and den. From the bright and sunny kitchen, the "chef" can work while the guests sit at the kitchen island or table. A large pass-through window offers visibility to the den and wood burning fireplace.

The large living room features picture windows and a generous new sectional sofa. A comfy queen size sofa bed and a full size blow-up mattress are available if additional space is required. This private room becomes a third bedroom when the door is closed.

The master bedroom has two large windows to let in light and ocean breezes while tall property hedges provide privacy from the outside. The second bedroom is perfect for children with twin bunk beds and cozy down duvets. The large window overlooks a wonderful little rock garden with stairs and shade loving plants.

A one-minute walk down the road takes you to the Port Washington government dock, frequented by fisherman and sightseers alike. Public beaches are just around the corner, great fun for kids to explore when the tide is out and the wonders of sea life abound.
