Conveninetly located just a five minute walk from the Ferry terminal, it is simply perfect!

At about 800 sq ft, Cottage #20 is clean, new and has all the modern conveniences you would expect from an Oceanfront Pender Island retreat. The cottage sleeps up to six with a queen size bed in a private master bedroom and two single beds in the 2nd loft bedroom upstairs. There is also a queen-size sofabed in the living room. A large deck overlooks the ocean with lounge chairs and an outdoor teak table with a large umbrella to take advantage of the weather, a BBQ and fabulous year-round views. Whale sightings from the deck are frequent.

Additional amenities include a flatscreen TV with DVD and surround sound, high speed internet access and a gas fireplace. A full kitchen with diswasher, fridge, stove, microwave, 8 place settings and all kitchen accessories are complemented by the towels, linens and cozy living space. Heated floors inside the bathroom and kitchen keep your feet nice and toasty in the winter. The grounds include 2 pools and a general store as well as kayak tours and a marina. You can rent kayaks, scooters and bicycles on site. The location is ideal for launching kayaks to explore the shores of both North and South Pender Island. 

Reserved marina space is available if you would like to bring your boat. Boat launching from the ramp is available. Play volley ball, badminton or bocce ball on a large grassy common area. The area has a fenced children play area with a swing set. A charming 9 hole golf course is only 5 minutes away! Enjoy Pender Island Dungeness Crab freshly caught at Hope Bay!
