Snuggle up in front of the glass-fronted wood-burning stove. Hear the waves lap on the beach, and watch kingfishers, eagles, seals, otters, sailboats and more from the windows of your accommodations. Walk down a few steps and stroll the beach to neighbouring bays and pathways.

The beach is easily accessible via a sturdy set of steps on the medium banked oceanfront incline. When the tide is out, you can walk the beach and accessing the neighbourhood bays and waterways. The very scenic historic village of Hope Bay, with it's lovely selection of restaurants, shops, and waterfront docks, is within walking distance or a short drive. Driftwood Centre, the local shopping mall, is a beautiful scenic 7 minute drive, and offers all amenities including a large grocery store, a bakery-restaurant, a liquor store, a bookstore, various shops, an auto service station, and the post office.
