Camelot by the Sea

Camelot by the Sea is a gracious oceanfront estate with a turret, quaint flower garden and rolling lawn. This private home has a lovely ocean view the ocean is so close you can hear waves lap against the shore. At Camelot you'll enjoy lazing in the sun, soaking in the hot tub or exploring the shoreline.

Tucked away on a private oceanfront acreage in heritage Port Washington, Camelot is a special place to escape to. The winding driveway leads to a pond with a sitting area, a grape arbour, a flower garden and an expansive character home.

Inside Camelot there is plenty of luxury and character fireplaces, a solarium with a wood stove and hot tub, an abundance of wood trim and detailing, a dumbwaiter and a laundry chute. On the main floor all the rooms overlook the ocean the large living room, the solarium, the dining room and the kitchen. If the evening gets chilly there is a fireplace in the living room and a wood stove with a viewing window in the solarium. There's a bathroom on the main floor too.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with a view. The master bedroom has his and hers bathrooms, two walk-in closets, a fireplace and sliding glass doors out to the second-floor deck.

The separate suite encompasses both the main and upper floors. It has a living area, bedroom and kitchen on the main floor both overlook the water. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a cozy sleeping loft with a queen bed.

Outside you may enjoy exploring the beach or lazing on the grounds. If you can bear to leave this lovely spot, there are plenty of other places to explore in Port Washington artists' studios, a country store, the Port Washington dock and other beaches. The golf course is also close by.
