Surrounded by rolling lawn and elegant pampus grass, Shingle Bay Cottage is only a few feet away from the ocean in a quiet, calm bay. If you would like to arrive by boat, you can moor at the entrance to Shingle Bay or arrange for a spot with the local marinas. The emerald-coloured bay is sheltered�-ideal for children, beachcombers, kayakers and canoeists. With plenty of yard to run around in and the bay to swim and boat in, you�ll be happy to relax in this cozy cottage at the end of the day.

Shingle Bay Cottage is a newly designed, light-filled, two-storey, 1,700 sq. ft. home that can easily accommodate up to six guests. Upstairs there is an open kitchen, dining and living room area with plenty of skylights. The bright kitchen has all new appliances. The dining area and living room open up onto the upper sundeck where you can enjoy a BBQ. If a rainy day hits you can cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and watch one of the many videos.

The main bedroom is located upstairs and is outfitted with a king size bed. Right next to the bedroom there�s a full bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs there is a den, which looks out onto the ocean, with four twin beds, a sitting area and another bathroom.

Outside there are two large decks to enjoy and a set of steps leading down to the ocean. If you decide to venture further, a local park with swings for the kids is just a two-minute stroll away. You�re also close to the new National Park, where there are plenty of places to hike. The well-maintained Magic Lake Estates tennis courts are also open to visitors.
