Swanson View Rental

Swanson View is a large but cozy oceanfront home with lovely views overlooking Swanson Channel and Salt Spring Island. This is an ideal setting for families or a group of friends you can spend the day on the beach and then BBQ on one of the many decks.

Nestled amongst tall cedars and arbutus trees, Swanson View is perched on a hill above the ocean. It’s a large home but the wood siding and bright interior gives it a cozy cottage feel. You’ll feel right at home wandering the beach, hosting BBQs on the decks and gazing out at the lovely view.

Inside, the house has a light-filled kitchen and dining area both with an oceanview. Sliding doors in the dining area lead to the upper deck where there's a BBQ. There are plenty of places to relax, watch the ocean from the large living room upstairs or the family room downstairs.

The downstairs living room, which leads out to the lower deck, is set up for watching movies or playing the board games. 

The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, all but one of the bedrooms has a view. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The oceanview master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The en-suite bathroom also has a washer and dryer. The other bedroom also has a queen-size bed. In the same hallway as the bedrooms is a three-piece bathroom with a tub and shower, sink and toilet. 

The other two bedrooms are downstairs, both have an oceanview and host a double bed. They share the downstairs three-piece bathroom (tub/shower, toilet and sink).

If you tire of playing games on the grass in front of the house, you’re close to the Pacific Marine Heritage Lands, where there are plenty of trails to explore. There are also other ocean-access points nearby, where you can enjoy a picnic.
