Cancellation Policy:
- There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee + GST for any cancellation to cover associated costs.
- A cancellation fee of $150.00 (Cdn.) + GST (7%) will be charged if you cancel with less than 60 days notice prior to your arrival date. The remainder of your booking fee and the security deposit (plus applicable taxes) will be refunded within two weeks of your cancellation.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the rent plus taxes. Should we secure another booking for some or all of the rental period, you will be refunded the amount of money recovered less a cancellation fee of $150.00 (Cdn.) +
GST.
- In the unlikely event that the rental property becomes unavailable, Gulf Island Vacation Rentals will make every effort to find similar accommodation. Should that prove to be impossible, or if the property does not suit you, we will refund the full amount paid.
Payment:
- We accept VISA,
MasterCard, money orders, and bank drafts. Canadian residents may pay with a personal
cheque.
